Thirty-eight programs earned PACT United grant funding in 2012 to tackle the most urgent challenges facing the future of our communities. Six programs receiving awards are new programs, creating new opportunities for the people of Acadiana.
United Way of Acadiana launched the PACT United (Plan of Action for Community Transformation), a community-wide effort to help more children graduate from high school, build financial stability in hard working families and help neighbors meet their own basic needs, in April 2008.
