The Strategic Operations Specialist supports the Director of Strategic Engagement by translating organizational priorities into measurable action through project management, data analysis, performance tracking, process improvement, and systems development. The role strengthens accountability, supports data-driven decision-making, and coordinates United Way of Acadiana’s ReEntry initiatives, including partner collaboration, participant tracking, outcome measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement.

The United Way Early Learning Center Teacher is responsible for working with all United Way Early Learning Center (UW-ELC) staff to better meet the development needs of Early Head Start children and their families as prescribed by the Head Start Performance Standards. This position provides quality services in the timeline mandated by the Head Start Performance Standards. The Teacher is responsible for supporting the social and emotional development of children and encouraging the support and participation of the families of the children in the UW-ELC program.
